This pose is great because it boosts lymph flow and circulation because of the vertical nature of the pose. These types of poses are always great for circulation. They also provide for deep relaxation and stress reducing effects because they increase blood flow to the brain.

  1. Find a floor near you with a wall nearby and sit as close to the wall as possible
  2. Lie flat on your back and as you do, lift your legs up, vertically placed on the wall, with straight knees
  3. Make sure your hips are right behind the wall or a couple of inches away
  4. Breathe out and quickly relax the muscle group that you stressed
  5. Place your arms next to your body or on your stomach and chest
  6. Hold the pose for up to 15 minutes
