  1. Get into a kneeling position with both of your knees on the ground, close together.
  2. Sit back on your heels by bending your back and upper legs down completely
  3. Hinge at your hips as you fold forward and place your forehead on the ground in front of you
  4. Extend your arms in front of you, across your head, reaching as far as you can
  5. Allow your torso to sink into your thighs
  6. Inhale deeply through your diaphragm and focus on all parts of your body
  7. Feel the stretch in your body and relax your joints
  8. You can hold this pose for up to 5 minutes
