In this pose, breath is very important. Make sure you connect your breath to your position with movement. Allow your breathing to guide the flow of each movement you make.

Begin with your hands and knees on the ground and your back arched upwards and your head pointing downwards

Make sure your wrists are under your shoulders and your knees are under your hips

Inhale deeply and as you do so, slowly start lowering the arch on your back until a point where you are looking at the ceiling. This is the cow pose.

Hold your breath and this position for a few seconds

When you exhale, slowly arch you back up to get to your original position. This is the cat pose
